14/10/2017Fran & DanDavid was a fantastic DJ at our wedding! He set up a web page so our guests could make requests and was extremely helpful and efficient when planning the day and music. On the day everything with his set up and music ran perfectly. It was so nice to relax, knowing the music was all in hand and any requests our guests wanted was played. We danced all night and had the best time! He was so helpful in preparing for the day and incredibly accommodating to our requests and timings to make everything run smoothly.
Giving him a very limited list of musical choices and an even smaller request list from our guests, Dave was able to create an enjoyable atmosphere for the wedding breakfast and a really energetic one for the evening reception. Despite a range of age groups (3-83 years) Dave played music that made sure the dance floor was never empty, everybody had at least one good dance and nobody had a bad word to say about it.

10/09/2016ChrisDave did the 40th anniversary party of the National Fancy Rat Society for us on 10th September. From the first contact he was very friendly and helpful. Everybody loved the music requests page he set up for us online and he played the tracks requested. He also dropped me an email a few days before to let me know we were all set.On the day he turned up on time, patiently waited whilst we got our act together (we were running late) and did take for ever to pack up at the end of the night. All in all a great job, did not have to chase him for anything, he was very proactive in ensuring we got what we wanted. Dave arrived early and set up ready to go at the start. Everything was set up lower as it was a childrens event. Having seen the photo booth in action twice now Dave is very friendly and professional. His array of props make for extremely funny and different photos. We were able to chose the background and add our logo to the print outs which was great. The free print outs is brilliant as it makes people want to go in and enjoy themselves more. I have nothing but high praise for Dave and would recommend him to anyone. I will definitely be using Capture It! again at events in the future. Thank you!"

He was flexible enough to recognise the mix of older and younger guests and played music which was appropriate to the mood at different times of the evening. He is polite, helpful, flexible and was a pleasure to have at our event; he even helped us clear up afterwards! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for something like this, but I think he would be equally at home in a gathering for older guests . We shall certainly be using him again in the futureâ€

We had a band to start and the transition form band to DJ was seamless. He was brilliant at helping to announce that food was ready, that a speech was imminent, and that fireworks were about to start. The music played suited the age groups at the party ( one 11 yr old and the rest 17+ Up to 78) and all enjoyed dancing to the music selection. We were particularly appreciative that he let us practice our wedding dance before he was due to start officially DJing. The lighting set up was very professional, he changed the music to cater for the crowds needs (which varied widely) and managed to squeeze in an extra last slow dance for those guests who wanted it at the end. The PA system used for the speeches worked well and was set at a good level. The opportunity to discuss our needs was thorough and well thought through.
